I can't wait to start doing some of the more fun things on my list, but most of them I want to do with my husband, and since he is deployed right now...I have been sticking to the simple ones :) I got another 1,000 grains of rice at freerice.com and I also finished another book, The Dream Journal by Karen Halvorsen Schreck. I should be finishing my 4th book here in a day or two. I'm also hoping to make a snowman today, because the snow is perfect packing snow right now!
I mapped out a walking route for me to take Otie on walks, so I also plan to start on that, however after a month I hope I can keep that going! For now though, off for some shopping and lunch with my Grandma...do I do anything else lately? Seriously! lol

20 Questions & Book # 2
I finished book number 2, and am halfway through number 3, but the one I just finished was kind of a teen romance type book. I know, I know I'm 22 I'm supposed to an adult, but sometimes I still like the high school book :) I read "If I Have a Wicked Stepmother, Where's my Prince?" by Melissa Kantor and it was actually really cute. I read it in two days...it was only 283 pages, so it was a quick read, but I enjoyed it and the one I'm working on now it a teen read too :)
Also I did the 20 questions you should ask yourself every Sunday...I'm supposed to do it for 3 months...so here is week number 1.
1. What did I learn last week? – I learned no matter what, I always have people here who love me. Oh I also learned tons of random facts from a 6 year old...they learn good stuff in school these days!
2. What was my greatest accomplishment over the past week? – I think my biggest accomplishment this week was just being independent. I have always been dependent on my parents or husband, and now finally at 22 I'm being independent!
3. Which moment from last week was the most memorable and why? – Going to dinner last night for Valentine's Day with my Grandma. It was really nice to spend the time together, my grandpa passed away 2 months ago, and my husband is deployed...so we had a nice night together. She loved it, and I always love hearing new stories from her past. I know I'll always have those memories of us :)
4. What’s the #1 thing I need to accomplish this week? – Exercising everyday and getting my homework done early in the week.
5. What can I do right now to make the week less stressful? – Get my room organized and get my notes and homework more organized.
6. What have I struggled with in the past that might also affect the upcoming week? – Eating out of boredom, I need to learn to get away from that to meet my calorie goals!
7. What was last week’s biggest time sink? – The internet...I spend way to much time on facebook, when I could be reading, exercising, doing homework...anything else really.
8. Am I carrying any excess baggage into the week that can be dropped? – Not that I can think of at the moment.
9. What have I been avoiding that needs to get done? – I need to finish painting the bathroom and get my things organized. I also need to finish the bible study homework.
10. What opportunities are still on the table? – I'm still debating if I want to get a job as a waitress at a restaurant that my old friend is opening while I am home. It would be good for money, but I like being able to spend time with family and be home when my husband can talk.
11. Is there anyone I’ve been meaning to talk to? I need to get in touch with some friends that I haven't talked to yet while I have been home.
12. Is there anyone that deserves a big ‘Thank You’? – My husband for putting up with my first deployment "breakdown" last night. And my mom for always helping me out.
13. How can I help someone else this coming week? – I can sit with my Grama some day this week and I can also help my mom clean the house and cook dinner.
14. What are my top 3 goals for the next 3 years? – Save a good amount of money, get a good job, and buy a house if Ray gets out of the Air Force.
15. Have any of my recent actions moved me closer to my goals? – We have been putting big chunks of money in the bank while Ray is deployed and I am going to school to work on my degree so that I can get a good job.
16. What’s the next step for each goal? – Keep saving money and keeping doing well in school to obtain my degree.
17. What am I looking forward to during the upcoming week? – Getting together with my best friend and another friend from high school.
18. What are my fears? – Losing people that I love, not having a good career, being unhappy.
19. What am I most grateful for? – I am most grateful for my husband and family. He is awesome, and my family is the best anyone could ask for, parents, brother, aunts, uncles and cousins, they are all amazing! I'm also grateful for my grandma taking me to church with her every week and how much deeper my relationship with God has gotten.
20. If I knew I only had one week to live, who would I spend my time with? – Again my husband and family. I love them more than anything and would want to spend all of my time with them!

I love my husband...
I completed something on my list! Yay! I made the list of 101 reasons that I love my husband, and emailed it to him this morning. It was actually easy to do, and i could have kept writing, I just love him so much, and for so many reasons! I decided not to post the list, and to just keep it between him and I. And because I completed something on the list, I transferred $5 to our savings account :) I donated another 1,000 grains of rice to freerice.com. Seriously, everyone should do this, it doesn't take long, and it's good for your brain!
It's supposed to snow A LOT today, and it's already coming down really good, so I plan on getting into another book, and watching movies today. And of course some homework :/ I think that I am also going to start my recipe book today. I can't wait to complete more tasks!

Geaux Saints!
First off, I'm pretty excited that the Saints won the Superbowl!! Woo Hoo. Second I progressed a little on my list. I finished my first book, Baby Proof by Emily Giffin. It was a really cute book and I enjoyed it, but I always enjoy her books :) 149 books to go! Next on the list I tried a new wine, it was called Pink Catawba, haha but I'll have to look up the brand later, I drank the whole bottle, so I'm not on top of my game right now!! Anyways, tomorrow I plan on starting a new book, and working on getting some more rice donated through freerice.com. Who knows what else I'll accomplish :)
P.S. Deployments SUCK and I really miss my husband right now!
