The Last Song

I finished book number 5, man I am SLACKING!! When I was in Louisiana I could go through 5 books in a week if I was bored, in Ohio I can't seem to read much. Oh well I did read "The Last Song" by Nicholas Sparks, it was really good...totally made me cry though.

On another note, I only have 8 days left in Ohio!! What, What! I can't wait to get back to Louisiana, I never thought I would say that, but I can never live at home again! Now after having my own place, next time he has a deployment even if it's a longer one, I'm staying in our house. It's been nice saving money for things we want to get, but never again. Also going back means it's close to time for Ray to get back....YAY!!!

Debt Free is the Way to Be

It's been forever, but I marked off another thing on the list :) We paid off all of our credit card debt! Woo Hoo!! For completing that, I also moved $5 to our savings account. I have also worked on free rice and gotten another 1,000 grains of rice donated! That puts me up to 5,000 on there. We are up to $1,800 for our emergency savings fund also. I need to get working on some other things, especially my reading!! I love to read, but haven't been doing it so much lately. I'll be on it though!
